Familiarization Tours
CNL includes members in Familiarization (FAM) tour opportunities – offered regularly to cruise line executives, key cruise travel writers, and members of the travel trade industry! We also support cruise-related FAM tours organized by other partners.

To increase brand awareness and engagement with potential travellers, cruise lines, and networks of existing and new partnerships, affiliations, and influencers, we’ve recently undergone a shiny new brand refresh – including a revamped website, communications strategy, and social media approach!
Industry Research & Information Sharing
As the authoritative voice of Newfoundland & Labrador’s cruise industry, CNL creates and maintains provincial cruise itineraries, cruise schedules, and cruise statistics documents –made available on request to members, partners, cruise line executives, federal and provincial government officials, and members of the public. On request, CNL can also provide members with our Rural Ports Preparedness Manual, as well as the Cruise Ship Arrival Checklist.
Trade Shows & Sales Missions
We represent the entire province from coast to coast at all trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, and other marketing event opportunities.
CNL Partner Representative Opportunities
Each Partner Member will have the opportunity to run for a position on the CNL Board of Directors to help guide the direction of the Association and provide input into business affairs, strategies, goals, and objectives that will directly impact the cruise industry in Newfoundland & Labrador.
